Rapid response team are on hand to assess your property and ensure it is safe structurally for Contractors and Insurance assessors to gain access. If not already completed by the emergency services we would isolate any water, gas and electrics.
We are fully equipped to secure the building at all access points such as doors and windows, if required we would install safety hoarding around the entire property.
The property may require scaffold to access roof structure or props to any damaged internal walls.
Emergency Clean Up
The aftermath of a fire can requires a clean-up and decontamination prior to restoration or reinhabiting other areas of the property.
All damaged items can be removed and disposed of through our licenced contractors. All other items can be removed and stored off site in secure fully insured premises.
Cleaning and decontamination of the entire property both internally and externally along with any soft furnishings.
Restoration
Once the works have been approved by the loss adjuster, we can commence returning your property to its former glory.
From roof & structural repairs, Window, doors, drainage, heating, gas & electrics through to full restoration of the rest of the property.
We will work closely with the residents and the Loss Adjuster / Housing Association to ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date with each phase of the project.
